Anthony Joshua bets 15 rounds before Alexander Youssef’s fight and ‘will surprise everyone’

Anthony Joshua has conditioned himself for 15 rounds against Olsander Alex - but has the backing to work with the fuel in the tank.

Joshua, as always, is working on a master plan with a team of coaches and training partners at GB’s Sheffield headquarters.

Among those preparing for South Pau Spring is a German shokran parwani, a 16-1 cruiser weight.

Parwani, 29, is terrified of Joshua, 31, and warns that he will be shocked to see the results of the night’s fight against 34-year-old Essex.

He told SunSport: “AJ15 is conditional on the round, he has left six boys, different attributes, different styles, different techniques.

“He made them all very well, very calmly and practicing what he does and whatever he does in camp, he will do in color.

“It’s nothing new for him and I think he’ll stop it and really surprise everyone.

“Because everyone will be amazed at how great AJ is because he is a great boxer and he has a great mentality.”

Pravani is an experienced imitator of Yusk, who helped 37-year-old Derek Chesora before British troops were defeated by Ukraine last year.

He was also at the camp with Lawrence O’Keefe, 28, in March before the 2016 Olympian knocked out Krzyzetov Gluwaki, 35, to win the WBO Cruiserweight title.

It caught the attention of Joshua, who welcomed Parwani to his setup with open arms and never felt ashamed to offer trade tactics.

Parwani revealed: “The camp was really nice, such a polite man, a common man on the street.

“He is a great champion who has qualities not only inside the ring but also outside the ring.

“I’m happy to be part of the camp here, to be part of the team because I learned a lot from AJ, in and out of color.”

He is conditioned for 15 rounds, he has saved six boys, different attributes, different styles, different techniques.

Thanks to Anthony Joshua.

Parwani, in particular, was blown away by AJ’s footwork and calm as well as learning as well as finishing class.

He said: “I was amazed at the inside of the ring. He is very calm, really, really calm in color and you feel how calm he is.

“He knows what he’s doing, his footwork is great and he has such a heavyweight speed, it’s incredible.

“He is thinking about everything and he practices a lot. He is a very dedicated man.

“Even after training, he wants to learn more and he impressed me because I want to be a world champion in the future and that is my goal in boxing.

“Train with the best and be the best one day. It was a great experience for my future.”
