He was seen boarding a flight with a woman.

Gracie May was first brought back to the UK, and taken to “One Place Safe”.
In a statement, Lancashire Police said: “Apart from our previous appeal, we can confirm that a man wanted by the police has been arrested after going to Spain with a woman and a child.
Lee Rogers, 39, was wanted by officers after boarding a flight with a woman and Gracie May Rogers on August 25.
Gracie returned to Manchester Airport on Sunday (August 29) in the company of a woman and was taken to safety.
“A 35-year-old woman we wanted to talk to about Gracie May’s disappearance was detained by officers without incident. She is not in custody and will be interviewed voluntarily in due course. ۔
Rogers was arrested yesterday (Tuesday, August 31) at Glasgow Airport on suspicion of kidnapping and is in custody.
“We would like to once again thank everyone who shared our appeal and played a key role in helping our investigation locate Gracie May.”
