A 16-year-old boy from Oklahoma committed suicide shortly after accidentally killing his mother while playing with a firearm in his living room over the weekend.
Dale City Police confirmed the shocking news that an unidentified teenager was allegedly playing with a pistol at about 11:22 a.m. Saturday when it went off by mistake. The bullet entered through a wall that separated the kitchen and living room.
The boy’s mother, Stephanie Roshon Jennings, 36, was in the kitchen when the incident happened. The bullet hit her in the head and she died on the spot. Dale City Police Major Bradley Roll said. the people. “She fell to the floor and died.”
