A place in the Sun’s host Ben Hillman was enraged at a guest’s particularly urgent request.
Presenter Ben took the couple Maxine and Cormac House Hunting in France on the Channel 4 Hit Property Show.
As the newlyweds searched for their dream home, Maxine became obsessed with the properties of the property and focused more on where her shoes would go.
Ben informs the audience that the couple wants to buy a vacation house around the beautiful bazaar town of Rabrak.
He told Ben that he wanted to go to France because they were together.
He and his four boys were looking for a pair of Maxine shoes.
As if the demand for shoe space wasn’t enough, Ben also had the challenge of finding a property with a budget of just 10 5,105,000.
Ben surprised the couple with his first property, which made him proud of the two bedrooms, and gave him the opportunity to add a third bedroom.
Ben said: “It has an outdoor space, it has a sinking pool!”
The master bedroom had an en suite with views of the fields overlooking the city.
However, Maxine could not resist commenting: “One little thing, where will I put my shoes?”
Ben was shocked at Maxine’s chosen request and replied: “I’m sorry but haven’t you seen the closet here!
“Which I like a lot because it’s an alcove, so you can just pull the curtain, I think you can get over 30 pairs there.
“You haven’t seen the whole place yet, have you? There are plenty of places for squirrels to shoe here and there.
Ben showed the couple five houses.
Maxine was keeping in mind that the property should be able to hold all her shoes.
The other property was on the market for £ 125,000, more than their budget, but they were told the agent would consider a lower offer.
He made an offer of £ 105,000, which was accepted.
Eventually, Ben set out to find the perfect home for the newlyweds with plenty of shoe space for Maxon.
