A man has confessed to raping two young men.
William Masley, 26, confessed to several crimes in Malangawi on May 7 this year.
Appearing in custody in Dumbarton Sheriff’s Court on October 1, Musalla confessed to sexually abusing a 15-year-old girl, grabbed her by the body and pulled her towards him.
He also sexually abused a 17-year-old girl and repeatedly tried to kiss her and touch her hips.
As a prisoner in Grenak, Musleh, in court documents, further requested that a 16-year-old boy be stabbed in the body with a key or an injury.
The Crown Prince admitted that he was not guilty of sexually abusing and stalking a 12-year-old girl, grabbing her hips and pushing her body.
The reformer did not plead guilty to threatening to strike while holding a pole and making threatening gestures. The Crown Prince also accepted the request.
Financial correspondent Meghan Glancy told the court that the 15-year-old girl was walking between Malangawi Railway Station and Kevin Foot on Gavin Mill Road after 6pm on May 7.
She became aware of walking towards the mosque and he appeared under her influence. He pulled her against him, saying nothing during the encounter.
The girl later met friends and returned home and police were contacted. Later that evening, Musalla was sitting in Linux Park with a 17-year-old girl, placing her hands on his hips and trying to kiss him. He pushed her away and another young man asked Musalla to leave.
The reformer punched the boy in the abdomen and later saw three small wounds.
When police arrested Musalla, she was found with blood on her clothes.
Sheriff William Gallacher said he was “concerned” about the mosque and its presence in the community. He demanded a social work report and an additional psychological assessment. “I am concerned about you, your behavior and your impact on other people,” he said.
Musleh will remain in custody before his sentencing November 20 and has been temporarily added to the sex offender list.
