Two teenagers charged with ‘attempted murder’ after ‘shooting’ in Glasgow

Two teenagers have been arrested after an alleged “shooting” in Glasgow and charged with attempted murder.

At around 9:25 pm on Saturday, September 25, officers arrived at Garleston Road, Berlinark, following reports of an injured man.

The 33-year-old was taken to the Glasgow Royal Infirmary, where hospital staff described his condition as “serious but stable”.

A 16- and 17-year-old man has been charged in connection with the incident.

The 16-year-old is expected to appear in Glasgow Sheriff’s Court today, while the 17-year-old is expected to appear in court tomorrow.

A full report will be sent to the Procurator.
