The transfer of the Barcelona midfielder collects the speed, the agent arranges the meeting.

Barcelona’s desire to complete the transfer of Merlem Pejink is close to reality, while the player’s agent has scheduled a meeting with Juventus this week. The Catalan giants are eager to see the back of the Bosnian midfielder, who will greatly help the club reduce their extra pay bill.

Both Barcelona president Juan Laporta and football director Matthew Alimini have confirmed that they are looking for a new club for Peugeot during the unveiling of the Memphis Depot. The 31-year-old has been linked with Premier League clubs Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur, as well as Serie A clubs Juventus, Inter Milan and AS Roma.

Pejnik’s priority has always been to return to Juventus and reunite with former manager Massimiliano Allegri, who took over from Andrea Pirlo this summer. However, the two clubs have not yet reached an agreement, although both sides are open to the move.
