The men caught on CCTV are infiltrating the Glasgow Alcohol Logistics Company.

The two men who broke into the Alcohol Logistics Company’s offices were jailed for a total of 30 months.

Jason Tham, 47, and Steven Smith, 38, entered the JF Hilbrand compound in Glasgow City Center on April 24, 2020.

The couple made laptops, mobile phones, wines and a vap kit with a variety of accessories.

Tham and Smith pleaded guilty to burglary in Glasgow Sheriff’s Court.

The court heard that the two men were seen on CCTV on the premises of Sochi Hall Street.

Prosecutor Sarah Latta said: “The security guard believed he was acting suspiciously and contacted the police.”

Officers stopped and searched Tham and Smith on a nearby road.

“They have a lot of property items, including gift sets, electronic items, four mobile phones, two laptops, a jacket, a webcam, a quantity of alcohol and a vap unit,” Ms Latta said.

Anne McConnell defended Tham, calling the crime “opportunistic.”

Sheriff Tom Hughes sentenced each man to 15 months in prison.
