Veronica, from Novosibirsk in southern Russia, often travels by car with Taptizka.

He said: “Because of his curious nature, the bear always has a positive attitude towards car travel.

“He’s a quest bear and the main thing he was interested in was the steering wheel. He also has a great time turning the light on and off with his nose.

“She also gets a lot of things in her car rides, like sausage.

“I met Maya Kirsanova, the owner of the bear, and found out she needed help, and I volunteered.

“And I’ve been with the bear almost every day since then.

“I am often asked if I am afraid of bears, but I would say, on the contrary, I feel safe with Toptizka.”
