Scott Rail services from Glasgow to Edinburgh will not run tomorrow.

Scotrail has announced that services between Glasgow and Edinburgh will not run tomorrow.

Trains will not run on either route between the two cities due to engineering work and a trade union strike.

The train operator confirmed the news on Twitter, adding that alternative buses would not be available.

A statement on Twitter’s Scott Rail said: “On Sunday, September 5, there will be no Scotral service or alternative buses between Edinburgh and Glasgow on either route due to engineering work and a trade union strike.”

Glasgow service running September 5:

  • Glasgow to Air
  • Glasgow to Largs.
  • Gork from Glasgow.
