Sarah Ferguson says Princess Diana will be ‘proud’ of her sons and their ‘wonderful wives’

Despite the alleged feud, Princess Diana was “proud” of her two sons, Prince William and Prince Harry, as well as her daughters-in-law, Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle.

The Duchess of York, Sarah Ferguson, remembered her brother-in-law as she spoke the people Magazine for its cover, and said that it would be Diana’s dream to have her children and grandchildren around her. “She would be so proud of her grandchildren. She would be so proud of her sons and their wives. And she would be just like me, suffering with her grandchildren. Because she loved him,” Fergie said.

Princess Wallace of late has five grandchildren: Prince George, 7, Princess Charlotte, 6, and Prince Louis, 3, William and Kate, and Archie, 2, and Lily, 5 weeks, through Harry and Meghan. ۔ Although not Diana’s own daughter, Fergie said she “loved” her nieces, Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice.

“I loved my girls. They loved the boys. It would be her refuge. Her paradise,” she said.

“If she had just sat down with me, I know she would have said, ‘I’m so proud of my two sons and the wonderful wives they’ve chosen. Because everyone has their own voice,” added the 61-year-old.

Diana and Sarah were not only brothers-in-law during their marriages to Prince Charles and Prince Andrew, sons of Queen Elizabeth II, but they were also childhood friends. “We’ve been best friends since she was 14 and I was 15,” Fergie said. He revealed that he affectionately called Diana “Dutch”.

In fact, the two women were also fourth cousins, and it was Diana who introduced Fergie to her future husband. “It was Diana who said, ‘I need you to come to Windsor and you should stay with your brother-in-law Andrew.’ I remember going to her and saying, ‘She’s really cute.’ ‘, And her statement,’ Doh, Fergie, ‘”she returned.

Duchess said she smiles whenever she hears Diana’s name, because she had the most amazing contagious twist. “Light laughter is something that always melts my heart. There is no question that he is still with us,” he said.
