Real Madrid’s hat-trick hero has been linked with a move to the Premier League this winter.

Earlier this month, it was reported that Marco Asensio was unhappy with the limited minutes he was playing under Real Madrid’s new manager Carlo Ancelotti. Shortly after the reports surfaced, he made a hat-trick when he was given his first chance against his boyhood club Real Mallorca. Now, it looks like Premier League side Arsenal are planning to offer Asensio an option when it comes to the winter transfer window.

“It is normal for players to be unhappy if they are not playing regularly,” Ancelotti said. He assured the public that he intended to tour the squad, and later gave Asensio the initial opportunity he wanted. Asensio made a great case for himself with a hat trick, but that doesn’t take away from the fact that when he has a lot of players he talks about strengthening his position in the starting lineup.

After an impressive show last week, Media There are rumors circulating about a possible move to join the Gunners. Former Real Madrid midfielder Martin Odigard, once one of Los Blancos’ bright young talents, has joined Arsenal this summer after failing to find a place in the Spanish capital. Now, it looks like Ascendio is doing the same thing this January.
