A mother was killed while waiting at a bus stop after a horrific school accident.
The 30-year-old woman was near Flemor Community School in Sheffield when two vehicles collided at about 3:33 p.m. yesterday.
One of the cars then left the road and hit the woman while she was at the bus stop.
Sadly, he was not rescued and was pronounced dead at the scene shortly afterwards.
Police have arrested two people, aged 21, in connection with the clash.
Frightened locals said the woman was the mother running the school at the time of the horrific accident.
South Yorkshire Police have launched an investigation and are appealing to witnesses.
“A woman was killed yesterday (Monday, October 4) in Sheffield after a collision between two vehicles and a pedestrian,” he said.
It is reported that the collision took place at the junction of Chapel Wood Road and Flemor Road at around 2.53 pm.
“As a result of the collision, one of the vehicles left the road and approached a 30-year-old woman walking at a bus stop.
Emergency services attended but despite the best efforts of paramedics, the woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
