Jason Sodex talked about breaking up with his ex-fianc Olivia Walid eight months after announcing the end of his engagement in November last year.
The “Ted Lasso” star admitted that it could take him several years to fully understand what caused the split. He said he would have a “better understanding” in a year and “a better understanding in two, and an even greater understanding in five.”
“This is the book of my life, from a doodle to a word line to a paragraph chapter,” he said in his cover interview. GQ.
Sadex and Waleed announced their separation in November 2020, and just two months later, the actress was seen holding hands with Harry Styles. The singer is ten years younger than her junior, so their relationship sparked a media frenzy. Many also wondered how she could move so fast. Referring to his previous romance, the comedian said it was something you “either learn or make excuses for.”
“You take some responsibility for it, hold yourself accountable for your actions, but then try to learn something beyond the obvious,” he explained.
The former “Snyder Night Live” star also denied reports that he wore a tie-dye hoodie to the Golden Globes because he was heartbroken. He told the magazine he was “neither loud nor discouraged.”
“I felt it. I believe in moving forward. I wore this bone because I didn’t want to wear the top Fort Suit F-King of the Tom Ford suit. I loved the Tom Ford suit, but It felt weird, he explained.
Despite separation from Wilde, and the ups and downs of the past year, Sodex is proud of how it has overcome its shortcomings. “If you have the opportunity to hit the rock belt, however you explain it, you can go to the ground like 412 bones or an avenger,” they jointly said. He said he chose to “descend like a vengeful”.
Sodex is now dating glamor model Kelly Hazel. He and Wilde lived together for seven years and have two children, Oates and Daisy.
