Harry and Meghan Markle’s popularity with the British public has dropped to a record low
According to the Ugo survey, only 26% of Britons like Meghan, while 65% dislike her, bringing her net approval rating to -39%.
For Harry, only 34 percent say they like him, compared to 59 percent, which raises the prince’s net worth rating to -25 percent.
Harry’s rating has dropped 25 points since April, while Meghan’s has dropped nine points over the same period.
Polster noted the couple’s declining ratings in a brief interview with Oprah Winfrey in March “as well as their statements about the Cove 19 epidemic and the negative reaction to their withdrawal from Afghanistan.”
YouGov surveyed 1,667 UK adults, from young to old.
The 18-24 population was divided on Harry, giving him a 47% positive and 44% negative rating, while Meghan got a 50/40 split.
Pensioners were the toughest, with only 13 to 18 per cent of the more than 65 saying they had approved of the couple.
But Harry and Meghan can be happy about one fact: Prince Andrew has the lowest approval rating of any royalty in the polls.
About 883% of respondents condemned it while 6% said they liked it.
In second place, the Queen is the most popular royal, receiving an 80% Favility Rating, followed by Prince William and his wife Kate, who received 78% and 75% approval, respectively.
Prince Charles responded very lightly, with only 54% saying he approved.
