Glasgow Kindergarten children raise more than 4,500 for charity.

Children of the Heart are roaming or crawling around City Park to raise significant funds for a good cause.

Victoria Park Kindergarten children have collected 35,735 for children’s hospitals. Scotland (CHAS)

Children from eight months to four years old walk or crawl with staff at Victoria Park to raise money.

Glasgow Times:

Walking around flower beds or ponds, little volunteers were observing nature and singing.

The benefactors included parents, relatives, staff and members of the wider community.

Annie Harland, Deputy Head of Center, said, “I’m so proud of my kids and they’re so excited. They made headbands and wore rainbows.”

The nursery raises funds each year for a different purpose, which benefits children as well as selected charities.

They learn the importance of helping each other and being part of the community.
