Football fans believe that England’s soccer team can beat arch-rivals Arsenal in the Premier League at the moment.
The Gunners failed to score or score a point in their first three premium games of the season, putting increasing pressure on manager Michael Arteta.
Arsenal lost to newcomer Brent Ford, European champions Chelsea and boyfriend Manchester City in the opening weeks of the season.
Arteta’s side have won just one this term, losing 6-0 to West Bromwich Albion in the League Cup.
England’s Soccer Ed XI – which lost 3-0 to World XI – consisted of former professionals and celebrities.
Gary Newell, Jamie Carragher and Paul Schulz were among the three line legends on display, with singer Olivier Mercy leading the team.
After watching XI, a fan tweeted: “England soccer Ed XI will beat Arsenal this time.”
Soccer Aid winner Pierce Morgan tweeted: “I will take Paul Scholes to Arsenal’s current midfield.”

In fairness with England, two of his players appeared in the final term of the EFL: Man Utd icon Wayne Rooney and Crowley Town rejected Mark Wright.
But they were powerless to stop the World XI, which included legends Roberto Carlos, Clarence Seedorf, Peter Aura and Nigel de Jong.
Leo Island’s favorite Kim Setini’s second half-goal and Lee Mack’s late strike gave the World XI their third consecutive title.
It was an evening of forgetting the Liverpool legend, who was accused of stepping out of a charity match.
But the defender defeated 100m world record holder Usain Bolt in one. Race To the ball, offering some consolation.
