Colson Smith of Coronation Street has revealed how much his trolling has affected him over the years.
The actor, who played PC Craig Tinker in ITV Soap, surprised fans when he revealed for the first time last year that he had lost 10 weights on his rock.
The 23-year-old star decided to completely change her life with exercise and healthy eating to make sure she could chase people on Corey as a police officer.
But despite losing a lot of weight, the dirty comments he received online from the age of 11 will always remain in his mind.
Coulson said recently. Runner World UK Magazine: “That fat kid is the kid I look in the mirror every day and I still look at him.”
He added: “This is a war I will probably carry with me for the rest of my life.”
One of the things Coleson really likes to do is change his lifestyle.
He did this at the beginning of his journey because he wanted to lose weight, but he soon realized how good he felt mentally and physically.
Coulson explained: “My first run was in Witch’s time, the pitch was black.” I had a snood and a hat. I did not want to see.
“But then you see other people who look like you, in a position like yours, and the barriers start to go away.
“Running gives you confidence. You are not doing it for anyone else and no one else will do it for you.

Coulson first lost weight at the TRIC Awards in London in March 2020.
Weeks later, the UK was put on their first corona virus lockdown, meaning the actor had plenty of time to focus on his fitness.
Over the months, he regularly shared what he gained during his home workouts on Instagram and surprised fans with his shrinking frame.
Coulson unveiled her weight loss on our screens for the first time since returning to work in August last year.
The actor decided to share his journey with the fans on his documentary Boring of the Fat Kid which he released on his YouTube channel.
