Filming of Netflix Hit Bridgeton has been suspended indefinitely by Cowade.
It has been stopped by a third spread between the cast and crew, which has upset producers.
Work on the second season of the 19th-century period drama began in the spring but had to stop twice in July – and now it has stopped again.
A source said: “The filming is in chaos because of Kovid and the owners are going crazy.
Drama like The Crown has continued its production without any hindrance.
“It’s a shame they don’t seem to be able to do that.
“The epidemic has wiped out the cast and crew, who were told that filming would be suspended until further notice.”
The play is based on Phoebe Dinor, played by Daphne Bridgeton, a household name.
